Sales Associate

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills and a passion for sales. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for engaging with customers, providing product demonstrations, and ensuring an exceptional shopping experience. Your ability to communicate effectively and manage time efficiently will be crucial in driving sales and maintaining store operations.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs.
• Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits of the items.
• Engage in upselling techniques to enhance customer purchases.
• Maintain an organized and visually appealing merchandising display.
• Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system for transactions, including cash handling and cashiering duties.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and maintain a positive work environment.
• Utilize effective communication skills to engage with customers both in-person and over the phone, adhering to proper phone etiquette.

Requirements

• Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is required.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus.
• Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. .

Pay: From $16.50 per hour
