We are seeking a friendly, customer motivated sales associate to join our Asdzaa Boutique Farmington team. The ideal candidate will excel in providing exceptional customer service, demonstrating product features, and contributing to a positive shopping experience. This role involves engaging with customers, managing sales transactions, and supporting store merchandising efforts. Our Sales Associate play a vital role in driving sales through upselling and a passion for fashion so their abilities will strive to meet the needs of diverse customers in-store and online. A love for western fashion, and accessories is a must have to connect with customers in-store and online. Asdzaa Boutique offers the latest western fashionable accessories and with our location we're looking for a vibrant and customer oriented personality to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and assist them with their shopping needs
• Operate POS systems efficiently and accurately for sales transactions
• Conduct product demos to educate customers about features and benefits
• Upsell products to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales revenue
• Maintain merchandising standards by organizing displays and ensuring products are attractively presented
• Stock shelves, manage inventory levels, and ensure products are properly labeled
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
• Assist with phone etiquette by answering questions and directing calls appropriately
• Support store cleanliness and organization through regular stocking and cleaning tasks
• Conduct online social media live sales with an outgoing and customer driven attitude to ensure an easy online shopping experience.
• Ability to create online fashionable content, create a fun and lively shopping environment through social media content!
• Communicate effectively with team members and customers, fostering a welcoming environment.
• Assist in product demonstrations and upselling to enhance customer satisfaction.

Required Skills

• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively
• Proficiency in POS systems and cash handling procedures
• Experience with retail math, upselling techniques, and merchandising strategies
• Basic math skills for transactions and inventory management
