Triton Tours operates the Encounters With Dolphins tour boats out of the Clearwater Beach Marina daily. Our sales associates are the first point of contact with our customers and will set the tone for the rest of their experience. Ensuring our customers have the best experience possible is our number one priority.

We are seeking energetic, goal driven, competitive sales associates to join our team. To succeed in this position you must have an outgoing, approachable, and likable personality. Our sales associates should be comfortable making presentations of our excursions to potential customers, be able to multi-task, keep cool under pressure and be comfortable with or willing to learn basic computer skills.

Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries and concerns by phone, in person or online
Maintain customer reservations / accept payment
Monitor and report on sales activities and follow up for leadership
Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related tasks as needed

Requirements:

• Confident and well spoken, bi-lingual is a plus but not required
• Previous sales experience in an outdoor environment
• Ability to Mac OS
• Working knowledge of iOS
• Ability to stand for 8 hours
• Able to work for entire shift (8-12 hours)
• Ability to work outside in Florida heat and cold
• Ability to multitask
• Able to lift up to 30 lbs
• Must be drug free
• Dependable with reliable transportation

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Salary: $17.00-$19.00/hr

we are looking for weekends and the are 12hr shifts 9am-9pm
