Store Operating Hours

Monday – Saturday 9am – 8:30pm

Sundays 10am-6:30pm

Weekend shift availability is required.

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service with a smile, making each interaction memorable.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and assist customers in finding the perfect items for their needs.
• Support store operations, including buying, selling, pricing, and stocking merchandise.
• Maintain store cleanliness and organization to create a welcoming environment for all.
• Embrace our "every customer, every time, no exceptions" mindset and exceed goals through genuine connections and effective communication techniques.

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Basic math proficiency and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and procedures.

Physical Requirements:

• Stand and walk for extended periods, lift and carry up to 40 pounds, and perform tasks typical of a retail environment.
• Ability to move quickly and efficiently, including climbing ladders and reaching for merchandise.
• Comfortable working in varied environmental conditions and noise levels commonly found in retail settings.
