Sales Associate - Optical Retail

We are hiring a Sales Associate to join our team! This role is for an entrepreneurial and ambitious individual to help grow a retail location.

Responsibilities:

• Help patients feel seen and heard
• Gain optical knowledge to help patients understand what glasses are right for them
• Take patients through the pre-test exam (you will learn how to use some medical equipment, take digital images of the patients eye, check inter-ocular pressures and more)
• Be a team player - help out where needed. Sometimes this will be doing some extra cleaning, sometimes it may be taking inventory of our frames.

Qualifications:

• Hospitality - treating every patient and employee as a guest in your home, creating an environment where individuals feel heard and seen
• Ability to learn in fast-moving environment
• Desire to grow - in the past year, we've had two individuals who started as sales associates be promoted to assistant managers and then to managers. We like to promote from within and we are a fast growing company

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
