Sales Associate (Retail) - Open For Fresh Graduates

The Sales Associate will be the point of contact between the business and its prospects and clients. They will have a range of responsibilities including identifying customers. They will also support clients by assisting and educating them about our products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Respond to customer queries on ecommerce platforms and social media channels

· Engage with store customers to understand their need and offer personalized recommendations

· Conduct product demonstrations and answer questions on tech specifications

· Maintain up-to-date knowledge on products and promotions

· Respond to customer queries promptly, accurately, and professionally

· Stay abreast with online marketing trends and competitors

· Expand customer reach across different social media forums

· Provide ad-hoc support to sales and marketing, as needed

QUALIFICATIONS:

o Relevant college degree is preferred

o Decent typing skills and knowledge with punctuation and proper grammar and chat etiquette

o Has good English communication skills and possess sales closing mindset

o Must be adaptable to a flexible work schedule, 6 days per week

o Open to be assigned in Gateway Cubao

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
