Job Summary

The Sales Associate is responsible for assisting customers, promoting products, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. The role also involves supporting daily store operations and helping achieve overall sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and guide them in choosing suitable products
• Share accurate product details and offer recommendations
• Highlight promotions, discounts, and new arrivals
• Handle payments efficiently (cash, card, POS)
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store
• Monitor stock levels and report items that need replenishment
• Address customer inquiries and concerns professionally
• Meet individual sales goals
• Adhere to company policies and store guidelines

Qualifications

• Senior High School graduate or above
• Experience in retail or sales is an advantage
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-focused and results-driven
• Presentable, dependable, and honest

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php645.00 per day
