SALES ASSOCIATEJob Responsibilities

• Assist customers with product inquiries and purchases in a friendly and professional manner
• Recommend products based on customer needs and preferences
• Maintain clean, organized, and visually appealing merchandise displays
• Monitor inventory levels and replenish stocks as needed
• Ensure products are properly arranged, tagged, and priced
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
• Achieve individual and store sales targets
• Handle customer concerns and provide excellent after-sales service
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the assigned area
• Perform other duties assigned by management

Qualifications

• At least Senior High School Graduate or College Level
• With or without sales experience; retail experience is an advantage
• Customer service-oriented with strong interpersonal skills
• Good communication and selling skills
• Physically fit and able to lift heavy items
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays
• Can work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Trustworthy, hardworking, and a team player

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php645.00 per day
