Job Summary:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team. The role involves assisting shoppers, promoting store products, and contributing to the achievement of sales goals while ensuring a pleasant shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and support customers in a courteous and professional manner
• Offer product details and suggest suitable items based on customer needs
• Arrange, replenish, and maintain merchandise displays
• Keep the sales floor tidy, organized, and presentable
• Process payments and sales transactions accurately
• Address customer questions, concerns, and returns politely
• Meet or exceed set sales targets
• Participate in inventory counts and restocking tasks
• Follow store guidelines, policies, and safety standards

Qualifications:

• High School Graduate or equivalent is required
• Experience in retail or customer service is an advantage
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Customer-focused with strong sales motivation
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php695.00 per day
