Sales Associate/Cashier

POSITION SUMMARY
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to be part of our retail team. The role involves assisting customers with their purchases, offering tailored product recommendations, and delivering a pleasant in-store experience. You will also help manage daily store activities and contribute to meeting overall sales targets.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact confidently with customers
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Knowledge of social media platforms such as Facebook and Instagram
• Background in online selling or live selling is an advantage

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Greet customers and provide assistance by explaining product features, benefits, and pricing
• Handle sales transactions accurately through the POS system following company guidelines
• Monitor inventory levels, replenish stocks, and ensure items are properly displayed and labeled
• Assist the Store Manager and team with daily operational tasks
• Actively promote products to achieve individual and store sales goals
• Utilize upselling and cross-selling techniques to increase sales opportunities
• Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising standards
• Support marketing efforts, including social media engagement, live selling, and in-store promotions
• Inform customers about current promotions, discounts, and new arrivals
• Build strong customer relationships through quality service and follow-ups
• Prepare and submit timely and accurate sales reports

• Effective communication for both face-to-face and online interactions
• Confidence in product presentation and demonstration; live selling experience is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to Php600.00 per day
