What you'll be doing

1. Greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner

2. Providing knowledgeable product recommendations and advice to customers

4. Processing sales transactions, handling cash, and ensuring accurate inventory management

5. Collaborating with the team to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall store performance

6. Proactively identifying and addressing customer needs and concerns

7. Participating in store events, promotions, and training sessions to enhance your product knowledge and sales skills

What we're looking for

1. Previous experience in a retail or customer service role, preferably in the Retail & Consumer Products industry

2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers and provide exceptional service

3. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities to handle various customer inquiries and situations

4. A team-oriented mindset and the willingness to collaborate with colleagues to achieve shared goals

5. Enthusiasm, flexibility, and a positive attitude to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment

6. Basic math skills and the ability to handle cash transactions accurately
