We're looking for a proactive, driven, and detail-oriented Business Development & Account Management Specialist to grow our key accounts, manage client relationships, and oversee order fulfillment. You'll be the bridge between our brands, customers, and operations - ensuring that every transaction, promotion, and partnership runs smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Account Management
- Develop and grow assigned key accounts, implementing brand distribution and visibility strategies.
- Customize sales presentations and promotions based on client needs and brand goals.
- Negotiate pricing, discount schemes, and promotional activities that benefit both the brand and the customer.
- Support marketing program rollouts and ensure effective in-store execution.
- Conduct trade visits to monitor stocks, displays, and competitive activity.
- Track sales targets, sell-in/sell-out performance, and drive continuous account growth.
- Manage accounts receivables and collections to maintain strong partnerships.
- Keep sales materials (catalogs, price lists, etc.) updated and accessible.
- Travel to visit clients to maintain and strengthen business relationships.
Relationship Management
- Build strong relationships with key decision-makers and trade partners.
- Collaborate closely with accounts on marketing initiatives and co-promotions.
- Provide timely feedback on market trends, competitor movements, and customer insights.
- Regularly engage with account teams beyond the buyer level to strengthen ties.
Business Reviews & Strategy
- Conduct quarterly business reviews with key accounts to present updates, performance, and growth opportunities.
- Analyze ROI of marketing programs and promotional executions.
- Recommend adjustments to pricing, displays, or marketing efforts based on insights.
Order Fulfillment & Customer Care
- Oversee processing of product orders, invoices, and fulfillment using SAP
- Monitor existing accounts to ensure timely deliveries and accurate pricing.
- Maintain updated customer records and account information.
- Provide quick and effective support for order issues, returns, and special requests.
- Work closely with logistics and finance teams to ensure smooth end-to-end fulfillment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in business development, account management, or sales (FMCG or distribution background preferred).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Experience with ERP systems (especially SAP) is a strong advantage.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical, organisational, and time management abilities.
- Professional, resourceful, and able to work independently or with a team.
- Willing to work on-site in Las Piñas City.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php50,000.00 per month
