We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support our dynamic Sales Team in our Amsterdam office. This role is pivotal in helping sales teams function efficiently and effectively, ensuring smooth communication between internal departments and external partners, maintaining sales-related documents, and providing analytical and administrative support. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and has strong interpersonal and analytical skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a key support to the Sales Team in all administrative and operational tasks.
- Prepare and maintain sales reports, trackers, and presentations using Microsoft Office tools (Excel)
- Coordinate and manage shared sales documentation and internal databases.
- Liaise with operations, finance, and PR teams to ensure seamless execution of sales activities.
- Assist in organizing sales meetings, preparing agendas, and documenting outcomes.
Requirements:
Hard Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Strong command of Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, charts).
- Excellent organizational and data management skills.
- Basic understanding of CRM or ERP systems.
- Basic understanding of sales processes.
Soft Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English required).
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to multitask.
- Team player with a service-oriented mindset.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a solution-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with integrity.
