Sales Coordinator

The Sales Coordinator supports the Sales team in achieving revenue goals by handling administrative duties, coordinating client communications, preparing proposals, and assisting with sales activities. This role is essential in maintaining efficient operations and ensuring exceptional service delivery to clients and partners.

  • Prepare and send quotations, contracts, and proposals to clients.
  • Manage group bookings and event inquiries in coordination with the events and reservations teams.
  • Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and monthly sales performance analysis.
  • Handle telephone and email inquiries professionally and in a timely manner.
  • Maintain organized records of contracts, correspondence, and client profiles.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 1–2 years experience in a hotel sales or administrative role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Highly organized with excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
  • Customer-focused and team-oriented attitude.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php18,000.00 per month
