Sales Coordinator – Wholesale (Farmers)
Hanes Australasia is home to some of Australia and New Zealand’s most recognised apparel brands, including Bonds, Berlei and Sheridan.
We’re looking for a highly organised and commercially minded Sales Coordinator to join our Wholesale team, supporting key retail partners and helping bring our seasonal ranges to life.
This is a fast paced, hands on role where you’ll play a critical part in ensuring the smooth delivery of sales operations, from range presentations through to customer coordination and execution.
This is a fixed term contract, ending in February 2027.
What you’ll be doing:
- Supporting the Sales team with end to end coordination of seasonal range presentations, including order entry, price lists, catalogues and showroom readiness
- Preparing and maintaining customer materials such as range plans, order forms, barcodes and product information
- Coordinating sample management and ensuring timely delivery to customers
- Managing pricing and product information within systems, ensuring accuracy across all customer touchpoints
- Supporting promotional activity, including coordinating eCommerce imagery and range plans with internal stakeholders
- Building strong relationships with key customer contacts, including Buyers and Buyer Assistants
- Acting as a key point of contact for customer queries, ensuring a high level of service and responsiveness
- Working cross functionally with Sales, Marketing, Customer Service and Merchandise teams to deliver seamless outcomes
What we’re looking for:
- Previous experience in sales coordination, sales administration or a similar role
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- High attention to detail and accuracy, particularly when working with data and pricing
- Confident communicator with the ability to build relationships both internally and externally
- Intermediate Excel and strong Microsoft Office skills (preferred)
- A proactive mindset and ability to work in a fast paced environment
- An interest in fashion, retail or wholesale environments will be highly regarded
