Sales Coordinator

We are looking for a high-energy, sales-motivated professional to drive the growth of our studio. You are a people person who enjoys making phone calls, building local partnerships, and meeting specific sales targets. While a background in exercise science or a clinical setting is a plus, your ability to convert leads and represent our brand is what matters most.

What You Will Do:

• Lead Conversion: Turn inquiries into active members through consistent and professional phone outreach.
• Community Outreach: Identify and build referral partnerships with local businesses and healthcare providers.
• Performance Tracking: Report on daily and weekly sales goals, conversion rates, and lead generation activity.
• Brand Standards: Execute our established systems and processes to ensure a premium client experience.

• Strong Communicator: You are confident on the phone and can build rapport quickly with anyone.
