About Us:

We are Bluu Health, a practice management software built specifically for providers. Bluu Health allows providers to manage their entire practice from start to finish. From scheduling and documentation to telehealth and billing, our all-in-one solution is designed to simplify operations and help providers focus on what matters most—their clients.

We work with therapists, acupuncturists, counselors, speech pathologists, social workers, and other wellness professionals. Who We’re Looking For:

We need a self-motivated, results-driven individual who thrives in a commission-based sales environment. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys the freedom of setting their own schedule and wants unlimited earning potential based on performance. We’re also looking for someone who wants to grow with us—we strongly believe in promoting from within and providing career advancement opportunities as we scale. We are a start up so there will be a lot of room to grow with the company!

What You’ll Do:

This role requires a proactive, go-getter attitude with a focus on outbound sales and lead generation. Responsibilities include:

  • Cold calling potential clients to introduce our software.
  • Generating leads via email, LinkedIn, and social media.
  • Building relationships through virtual networking and outreach.
  • Occasionally visiting practices in person (as needed and where applicable).
  • Managing your own pipeline and tracking progress.
  • Earning commissions based on the new clients you bring in.
  • Having the opportunity to take on leadership roles as we expand.

  • High commission rates, starting at 80% for the first month of each new client.
  • Remote position—work from anywhere with flexibility. We are based in San Diego so there will be team meet ups for training and client events!

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year

Expected hours: No more than 30 per week
