Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Development Representative to join our growing sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, qualifying leads, and supporting the sales pipeline through proactive outreach and relationship-building. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about healthcare ,technology sales, business development, and customer engagement to develop their skills in a fast-paced environment.
Duties
- Conduct outbound calls and emails to prospective clients to generate interest in our products and services
- Qualify inbound leads by assessing client needs and matching them with appropriate solutions
- Schedule meetings and product demonstrations for the sales team/comfortable conducting product demos
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and update customer information in CRM
- Collaborate with marketing to develop targeted campaigns and outreach strategies
- Engage in B2B sales activities, including negotiations and closing deals when appropriate
- Support business development efforts by identifying potential markets and opportunities
- Communicate effectively in English
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process, ensuring client satisfaction
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers
- Experience in B2B sales, inside sales, or technology sales preferred
- HealthCare experience a plus
- Knowledge of marketing strategies and telemarketing techniques
- Proficiency with Hubspot or similar CRM platforms
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English
- Ability to understand technical products and articulate complex concepts clearly
- Customer service orientation with a focus on building long-term relationships
- Business development acumen with a proactive approach to identifying new opportunities
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
