Sales Development Representative (German Speaking)

We are looking for a driven German-speaking Sales Development Representative to join our client’s Dublin team and help accelerate growth in the DACH region. In this role, you will generate and qualify leads, engage prospects, and create new business opportunities while working closely with the sales team to deliver innovative tech solutions. If you’re fluent in German and English, target-driven, and eager to grow in a fast-paced environment, this is an exciting opportunity to make an impact.

Location: Dublin, Republic of Ireland (Hybrid – 3 days onsite)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate interest in company solutions through outbound outreach and warm leads from marketing campaigns
  • Become proficient in product knowledge to confidently handle objections, conduct demos, and guide potential clients through the sales process
  • Proactively identify and qualify new business opportunities within the German market
  • Manage a personal sales pipeline, monitor activities, and keep CRM records up to date
  • Work closely with sales teams across departments to align objectives and improve workflows
  • Consistently meet or exceed daily sales KPIs and quota targets in a fast-moving environment
  • Engage prospects using various channels, including phone, email, and online chat
  • Communicate technical and business benefits clearly and persuasively
  • Manage multiple simultaneous interactions professionally
  • Assist with additional sales tasks as required


Qualifications and Skills:


  • Fluency in German and English, both spoken and written
  • At least 2 years of sales experience, ideally in B2B or telesales roles
  • Demonstrated track record of achieving or surpassing sales targets
  • Experience with Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or equivalent CRM and prospecting tools
  • Strong understanding of business practices, organizational structures, and decision-making processes
  • Excellent communication skills—verbal, written, and interpersonal
  • High level of adaptability, motivation, and willingness to grow within a sales role
  • Ability to multitask across different platforms while maintaining CRM accuracy
  • Keen interest in technology and innovation
  • Bachelor’s degree or 3+ years of relevant work experience preferred
  • Proficient with Google Workspace (G Suite) and common business software
