We’re excited to announce an opportunity for an experienced Sales Executive to join our Banking & Credit Services team at Banqsoft! In Banking & Credit Services, we’re transforming how clients manage and grow their financial services. From digital banking to seamless credit management, you’ll play a key role in creating solutions that enhance customer experiences, improve efficiency, drive innovation, and empower banks and financial organizations across Europe to reach new heights.

This role is all about driving business growth, expanding our client portfolio, and positioning our banking solutions as the go-to choice for banks and financial institutions. You’ll play a key role in building relationships with banks across the Nordics, helping them optimize their operations with Banqsoft solutions.

As a Sales Executive, you will manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, with a strong focus on new business development while also nurturing a couple of existing clients.

What does the role look like?

• Identify, engage, and close deals with new banking clients in the Nordics.
• Work independently to develop and execute a sales strategy, driving revenue growth.
• Leverage your existing network to open doors and establish new business opportunities.
• Present Banqsoft and our banking solutions in a compelling and persuasive way to C-level stakeholders.
• Build strong industry relationships, targeting key banking segments over the next 1-5 years.
• Lead and execute sales activities in collaboration with your team.
• Collaborate closely with product and delivery teams to ensure a seamless sales process.
• Represent Banqsoft at industry seminars and workshops to enhance brand awareness and strengthen networking opportunities.

To master the role of Sales executive we believe you have:

• Extensive of experience in sales with a results-driven sales approach, focusing on value creation at the C-level.
• Proven ability to drive business development and close deals with complex sales cycles.
• Deep understanding of the banking sector in the Nordics.
• Strong network within the banking industry.
• A track record of successfully selling solutions with high revenue potential.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to influence at management and C-level.
• Strong alignment with our Employee DNA: Curiosity, Collaboration, Competence, and Customer Focus.

It’s great if you also have (but not a must!):

• Experience working with large accounts in the banking industry.
• Previous involvement in organizing or speaking at industry events.
• Knowledge of data analytics to inform market trends and sales strategies.
