Sales Executive

Outside Sales Executive Location: Anaheim, CA Department: Sales Employment Type: Full-Time, Exempt

Compensation: First year compensation includes base salary range of $45,000-$60,000 plus commissions on sales volume. After first year, compensation is 100% commission. Commission rates increase as sales volume thresholds are met. No cap on commissions – the more you sell the more you make! About the Role Are you a motivated, goal-oriented sales professional who loves turning leads into long-term clients? Outdoor Dimensions, a full-service sign company, is looking for a hunter-minded Sales Executive who thrives on building relationships, generating new business,cold-calling and closing deals. You’ll sell high-impact visual solutions that help businesses stand out. Industry experience is a plus but not required, we’ll train the right person with the right drive. This role requires taking ownership of each project and actively guiding both the customer and internal team toward successful outcomes that meet shared goals.
What You’ll Do Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities. Build and grow client relationships while maintaining consistent communication. Partner with our Sales Support team through bidding, design, and project coordination. Attend client meetings, job walks, and installations as needed. Provide accurate forecasts, expense reports, and sales activity updates. Represent Outdoor Dimensions with professionalism and integrity in all client interactions. Support and mentor Sales Coordinators as part of departmental collaboration. Attend networking and industry events to develop new leads and strengthen partnerships.
What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree and 3–5 years of successful sales or account management experience; Or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Strong understanding of sales principles and customer relationship management is required. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple projects at once. Comfortable with travel across multiple states and a flexible working schedule to meet client needs. Must be able to operate a vehicle for work-related travel and maintain the ability to meet all driver and safety requirements established by the Company.
