About the Role

This is a direct canvassing role focused on generating opportunities from the ground up.

There are no pre-assigned leads. You will initiate conversations, engage decision makers, and move them towards the next step. Some interactions will not progress. Others will convert into real opportunities.

Your responsibility is clear. Start conversations, build interest, and secure the next step.

Performance comes down to consistency. Those who execute daily will build pipeline quickly.

This is a performance-driven role. Output determines results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct high-volume daily outreach through direct canvassing
  • Initiate conversations with decision makers
  • Introduce opportunities clearly and concisely
  • Secure appointments, meetings, or next steps
  • Follow up consistently to drive conversions
  • Maintain accurate tracking of outreach and pipeline
  • Meet weekly targets:

  • Location: Hybrid / field-based
  • Remuneration: Base + high commission

Pay: $1,500.28 - $4,315.10 per month
