Workplace : Ang Mo Kio Techplace II (from November 25)
Position 1 : Trade Accounts
- Regular visit to retail outlets, wholesalers, and distributors regularly to generate sales
- Manage and grow key modern trade accounts (Supermarket/minimart/ petrol kiosk etc)
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with buyers and retail partners
Position 2 : Corporate Accounts
- Familiar with hospitality and marine industries to generate sales
- Manage and grow corporate accounts with B2B customers
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with procurement/buyers
Role Expectation :
- Execute sales strategies to meet or exceed targets
- Faster response to market needs by monitoring and track competitors’ activities
- Maintain accurate records of sales, customer retention & interactions, market feedback
- Participate in promotional activities and involve in marketing events
- Ensure product visibility and availability in key outlets
- Work closely with internal operations/ logistic teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment
- Provide weekly/monthly sales reports to management
- Provide excellent after-sales service to maintain customer satisfaction and repeat business
- Stay up to date with industry regulations and product developments
Who We’re Looking For:
- Min 2 years relevant experience, preferably in managing Trade & Corporate Accounts
- Well-presented, professional, and business savvy.
- Good communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Detail-oriented, “Hunter” mindset and result-driven
- Self-motivated, proactive with initiative
- Immediate availability or short notice preferred
