Amazon Energy is an Australian-owned renewable energy company specialising in solar, battery storage, EV chargers, and home electrification solutions. We are rapidly growing across Australia and are now expanding our remote sales team to support increasing demand.

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Sales Executive / Sales Closer with 4–6 years of proven closing experience to convert warm and qualified leads into confirmed solar and battery installations for the Australian market.

This role is results-driven and best suited to someone confident, persuasive, and comfortable handling high-value deals.

Key Responsibilities

• Close warm inbound leads for residential and small commercial solar & battery systems
• Conduct phone and video consultations with Australian customers
• Understand customer energy needs and recommend suitable solutions
• Generate proposals
• Follow up leads consistently and manage the sales pipeline
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
• Maintain accurate CRM records
• Work closely with operations and technical teams in Australia

Required Experience & Skills

• 4–6 years of strong sales closing experience (mandatory)
• Experience in solar, battery, or energy sales is highly preferred
• Proven ability to close deals over phone/video
• Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written)
• Target-driven mindset with strong objection-handling skills
• Comfortable working Australian business hours
• Reliable internet connection and professional home setup
