Job Description
As Sales Manager for Deanta, you will be responsible for driving sales growth with new and existing customers.
To serve as a gatekeeper between the Sales Team and our wider business.
To work with key departmental managers to deliver day to day support, proactively identifying and resolving possible obstacles to serving our customers.
To manage the successful implementation of our Sales and Marketing strategies to improve volume, market share, profit, and customer experience.
You will report directly to the sales director.
Knowledge & Experience
You will have:
At least 5 years proven sales experience in driving growth ideally within the construction industry.
Experience of managing team members (this role has 12 reports currently).
Significant attention to detail
Utilise a data driven sales management style
Experience of managing onsite and offsite team members
A desire to work in an onsite role
Strong commercial acumen
Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate with other departments
The Person:
For this role, we are looking to speak with Sales Managers with Management experience and a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities.
- Acting as the point of contact for the Sales Team and on-the-road sales representatives ensuring that key tasks and requests are carried out in a timely manner.
- Follow Standard Operating Procedures and ensuring a continuous cycle of learning is adopted throughout the team
- Responsible for the successful implementation of Sales & Marketing strategies within the Sales Team breaking it down into manageable, measurable tasks and timed actions e.g. weekly offers (using for example mail merger or mail chimps)
- Utilise data to evaluate areas where sales levels are and are not meeting expectations
- Working with key stakeholders across our departments to communicate our strategies across the business, ensuring our customer is getting the best possible experience.
- Ensuring each area has sufficient resources to successfully deliver to our customers.
- Carry out all tasks and responsibilities with the aim of delivering the very best service to our customer while driving growth across the Deanta brand.
Skills Experience and Competencies
- Strong management and leadership skills, with the ability to deliver sales support excellence
- Ability to develop strong relationships with colleagues and business teams
- Demonstrable knowledge, experience and understanding of implementing strategy
- Proficient in Microsoft Office package
- A proven track record of making data driven decisions.
- Collaborative mindset.
- Excellent presentation skills

Salary and Benefits are negotiable DOE.
