Sales Manager – Base Salary + Commission + Residual Income

Merchant Link Services, an established and rapidly growing ISO, is building out its first local and national outside sales force. We are seeking a driven Sales Manager to lead, coach, and scale our Kansas City team of 1099 agents. This role combines the security of a base salary with the upside of commissions and long-term residual income.

Compensation:

• Base Salary: $40,000 – $55,000 (commensurate with experience)
• Performance-based commissions
• Residual income from team portfolio growth
• Benefits package available

What You’ll Do:

• Recruit, train, and manage a team of outside 1099 agents in Kansas City and beyond
• Lead by example in the field by closing new merchant accounts and partnerships
• Provide structured coaching and sales leadership under the direct guidance of an industry expert (20+ years of experience)
• Drive revenue growth through merchant services, POS solutions, and value-added programs
• Track performance, pipeline, and KPIs using best-in-class CRM tools

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of sales or sales management experience (financial services, B2B, or merchant services preferred)
• Proven ability to recruit, motivate, and coach a sales team
• Strong communication and leadership skills with an entrepreneurial mindset
• Ambition to build both personal income and long-term residual wealth
