Job Summary:
Fabb Store in Mississauga is hiring a motivated Retail Sales Associate to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with customers, has an eye for fashion, and thrives in a fast-paced retail environment. You will play a key role in helping customers find the right outfits for special occasions and everyday wear.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service and build strong customer relationships
• Assist shoppers with styling, sizing, and product recommendations
• Promote ongoing offers and new arrivals
• Operate POS system and handle cash, card, and digital payments
• Support store merchandising and inventory restocking
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor
• Work as part of a team to achieve sales targets

Qualifications:

• Retail, sales, or customer service experience is an asset
• Good verbal communication skills
• Friendly, energetic, and professional attitude
• Willingness to learn product knowledge and sales techniques
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
