Sales Manager

Job Description:

• The Sales Operations Executive is a specialized role that supports the commercial operations of the business by ensuring and surpassing sales targets, ensuring execution of in-store and route-to-market activities and promotions, supervising distribution and key distributor KPIs, new key account onboarding and management as well as supporting the initiatives for a smoother flow of goods into the market across importation to stores
• Collaborate closely with the Commercial Manager to implement devised plans and programs, actively monitoring and assessing KPIs achievements.
• Work together with the distributor sales teams and sub-distribution partners to ensure distribution effectiveness and consistent flow of feedback from trade.
• Translate field/shoppers' insights and customer/partner interactions into actionable information for developing programs and plans to enhance business growth
• Identify and pursue potential customers to generate new business opportunities
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, addressing their needs and ensuring satisfaction.
• Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to close deals and achieve sales targets.
• Develop and implement sales strategies and plans to achieve sales targets and organizational goals.
• Collaborate with management to provide sales forecasts and contribute to budget planning.
• Attend pet events, conferences, and networking opportunities to expand professional connections and business opportunities.
• Support the entire commercial operations as needed to ensure consistent flow of goods into the market and in trade.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business course
• At least 3-4 years of field sales, preferably gained in the Pet industry or FMCG manufacturing industry.
• Proven experience in sales, with a successful track record of achieving targets.
• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php50,000.00 - Php65,000.00 per month
