Sales Director – Chicago Headquarters (ORD)

Position Summary

Based at the Chicago headquarters, the Sales Director will lead the North America commercial strategy and drive sustainable revenue growth across the region. This role oversees regional sales performance, key account development, and channel management within the air cargo market.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute regional sales strategies aligned with corporate objectives.
• Drive revenue growth and optimize yield performance across North America.
• Lead and manage the regional sales team to achieve defined KPIs and revenue targets.
• Develop and maintain strategic relationships with major customers and partners.
• Monitor market trends and competitive dynamics to identify growth opportunities.
• Oversee channel management, including agents and direct accounts, to improve contribution and profitability.
• Provide regular performance reporting and commercial insights to senior management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Aviation Management, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in air cargo, aviation sales, or commercial management.
• Proven track record of driving revenue growth and leading high-performing teams.
• Strong understanding of air cargo market dynamics and revenue management principles.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Fluent in English; Mandarin is a plus.
• High level of professionalism, integrity, and compliance awareness.

Pay: Up to $68,496.27 per year
