WELCOMING YOU TO THE TEAM
As a Sales Manager within PWR-T, you will be part of the IMR team. You will work closely with internal teams across Nexans and with key customers to drive business development and growth the Business.
HOW YOU MAKE AN IMPACT
In this role, you will:
- Lead and capture strategic opportunities.
- Develop customer relationships, lead GO/NO GO decision meetings, and evaluate incoming RFQs.
- Initiate tender activities with the Tender Manager and define commercial strategies including pricing and solution proposals.
- Lead customer negotiations and finalize contract documents, acting as a key account manager during project execution.
- Proactively market Nexans cable solutions to clients and support cross-business collaboration.
- Maintain a high-quality pipeline in CRM, anticipate market trends, and provide intelligence on competitors.
- Promote continuous improvement in sales processes and ensure customer satisfaction.
YOUR STARTING POINT

- You are customer-oriented, energetic, and a quick learner with the ability to rapidly contribute in a fast-paced environment.
- You hold a BSc or MSc degree and job experience with exposure to sales/tendering.
- You have strong interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills, with the ability to communicate at all levels within a business.
- You have proven negotiation, pricing, and contractual competencies.
- You are able to work in a global, multicultural team, with geographical flexibility for travel.
- You are fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
