The Opportunity

We are currently hiring a high-performance Sales Manager to lead our revenue generation efforts and fuel our next phase of expansion. This role is for a strategic closer and a natural leader, someone who thrives on managing complex sales cycles, optimizing pipelines, and driving results.

While the Business Development team opens doors, the Sales Manager ensures we walk through them and close the deal. You will be responsible for refining our sales process, negotiating contracts, and mentoring the sales team to success. If you have the grit, the leadership capabilities, and a practical understanding of AI concepts (Generative AI + Machine Learning), this is your opportunity to build a legacy with a company on a fast track upward.

Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum 5-7 years of professional experience in B2B sales (SaaS or IT Services preferred), with at least 2+ years in a leadership or senior sales role.
  • Proven Track Record: Demonstrated history of exceeding sales quotas and closing complex deals in the SMB or Mid-Market space.
  • Sales Methodology: Strong understanding of modern sales methodologies (e.g., SPIN, Challenger, MEDDIC) and ability to implement them.
  • Tech Savvy: Practical understanding of Generative AI, Machine Learning, and web development concepts. You must be able to speak the language of our engineers and our clients.
  • Tool Proficiency: Deep familiarity with CRM tools (Zoho CRM experience is an asset) and sales acceleration software.
  • Communication: Exceptional presentation and negotiation skills, able to command a room and write compelling proposals.
  • AI Adoption: Comfortable using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude) to accelerate personal and team workflows.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or relevant experience.

Responsibilities

  • Revenue Leadership: Take ownership of the full sales cycle from qualification to close, consistently meeting and exceeding monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
  • Pipeline Management: Oversee and optimize the sales pipeline within the CRM, ensuring accurate forecasting and data integrity.
  • Strategy & Process: Collaborate with leadership to refine sales strategies, pricing models, and go-to-market approaches for AI and software services.
  • Closing & Negotiation: Lead high-stakes negotiations with SMB and Mid-Market clients, ensuring value-based pricing and profitable deal structures.
  • Team Development: Provide mentorship, coaching, and performance management to sales representatives (or future hires), fostering a culture of accountability and winning.
  • Client Consultation: Run deep discovery sessions to understand client pain points and craft value-rich solutions involving AI advisory, automation, and digital transformation.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of market trends and competitive developments to position HeitechSoft as the premier choice for tech solutions.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the development and delivery teams to ensure valid technical scoping and smooth client handoffs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
