Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets
• Lead and motivate a sales team to drive performance and meet KPIs
• Identify and develop new business opportunities with retailers, distributors, and foodservice partners
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and trade partners
• Conduct regular market analysis to stay ahead of competitors and understand consumer trends
• Manage pricing strategies, promotional activities, and product launches in collaboration with marketing
• Oversee sales forecasting, budgeting, and reporting to management
• Work closely with internal teams (marketing, logistics, supply chain) to ensure smooth sales operations
• Train and develop junior sales staff to build a high-performing team

Job Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant sales experience in FMCG / food-related products
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Good network in retail, HORECA, or food distribution sectors is a plus
