Our client is a one of the leading players in the Power & Motor Manufacturing industry. Due to business needs, they are now recruiting a Sales Manager to be part of their Engineer team to support their business needs. They are located in the East - easily accessible.

Job Description of Sales Manager:

• Drive Marine market business development and sales strategies.
• Collaborate with regional sales leadership to execute sales plans aligned with organizational goals.
• Expand business with existing clients and cultivate new client relationships to exceed sales targets.
• Provide market insights to management and manage distributor partnerships for growth.
• Increase market share of specified products, manage distribution channels, and drive cross-selling opportunities.
• Gather and analyze market intelligence, enhance internal processes, and support local customers.
Foster strong client relationships, address issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirement

• Degree in engineering field
• At least 5 - 8 years relevant experience in handling Marine accounts, with relevant product background
