SpringWorks Therapeutics, a healthcare company of Merck KGaA, Darmstadt, Germany, is a commercial-stage biopharmaceutical company dedicated to improving the lives of patients with rare tumors.
We developed and are commercializing the first and only FDA and EC approved medicine for adults with desmoid tumors and the first and only FDA and EC approved medicine for both adults and children with neurofibromatosis type 1 associated plexiform neurofibromas (NF1-PN).

Key Responsibilities will include:
- Develop and implement data-driven sales strategies to meet defined revenue targets across assigned territories
- Lead a team of field representatives through coaching, performance management, and talent development
- Design and implement performance tracking systems with clear KPIs for call rates, account penetration, and prescription growth
- Provide strategic guidance to the sales force while ensuring omnichannel engagement approaches with key customers
- Analyze market data, customer insights, and competitive intelligence to identify growth opportunities and optimize territory alignment
- Produce monthly performance reports and quarterly forecasts to inform strategic decision-making
- Build relationships with key opinion leaders while ensuring compliant engagement practices
- Collaborate with Medical Affairs, Market Access, and Marketing to develop integrated account strategies for priority institutions
- Ensure field compliance with industry regulations and company policies while maintaining ethical standards
- Extensive experience as People Manager in order to build-up the organization, lead professional development initiatives, act as a role-model
Who you are:
- 7+ years of experience in a senior role within the pharmaceutical industry, with a focus on rare Oncology or closely related rare diseases, with experience in drug launch preferred
- In-depth knowledge of the local HC system and hospital environment, incl. reimbursement processes and stakeholder dynamics
- Experience in building and leading high-performing, cross-functional, sales-oriented teams, building strong relationships, and achieving results in a rare field or closely related pharmaceutical industry
- Extensive experience with CRM systems and digital tools to enhance sales force effectiveness, track KPIs, and drive customer engagement
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to engage key decision-makers
- Strong results-oriented mindset, with a track record of consistently delivering high performance and exceeding goals
- Flexibility/willingness to engage in domestic and international travel
- BSc or higher in Business Administration, Health Economics, Life Sciences or other related areas
- Fluency in English
