Sales & Marketing Associate - Lead Generation (It Company)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Sales & Marketing Associate to focus on generating new leads and expanding our customer base. The ideal candidate is energetic, goal-oriented and has a strong interest in building relationships with potential clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and research potential clients and business opportunities.

• Generate and qualify leads through calls, emails, social media and other channels.

• Maintain and update the CRM database with accurate information.

• Support the sales team by providing relevant lead information and follow-up coordination.

• Assist in marketing campaigns and outreach initiatives.

• Track performance metrics and report progress to the Sales Manager.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or related field preferred.

• Previous experience in lead generation or sales support is a plus.

• Prior experience or knowledge of POS systems.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Goal-oriented, self-motivated and able to work independently.

• Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.

• Can start immediately

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php23,000.00 - Php24,000.00 per month
