Duties

• Manage accounts by building strong relationships with clients and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for business development and technical sales initiatives.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to maximize profitability while maintaining customer satisfaction.
• Utilize technology tools to track marketing performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

Experience

• Proven experience in marketing, sales, or a related field is essential.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
• Experience in account management is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with technology sales or technical sales processes is a plus.

Pay: $40,000.00-$60,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 10 per week
