What You’ll Do:

• Cultivate and strengthen partnerships with dealers across the country
• Deliver and exceed the sales target for your defined customers
• Drive commercial outcomes by growing account sales and developing new business opportunities
• Travel nationwide to meet with partners, run impactful meetings, and present RØDE’s cutting-edge products
• Collaborate on sales strategy for campaigns, new product launches, and activations
• Identify growth opportunities and provide valuable market insights to help shape our business direction
• Work closely with our Marketing team to align sales activities and boost dealer engagement

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in sales or account management, preferably in consumer electronics, audio, or tech
• Strong commercial mindset with a history of delivering measurable growth
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• A results-driven approach balanced with relationship-building finesse
• Highly organised, proactive, and comfortable with frequent national travel
