Sales Officer

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of sales experience, ideally in the banking or financial services sector. Experience in marketing loan or financial products is a strong asset.
• Willing to work in San Jose Del Monte, Bulacan
• Excellent sales, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain effective client relationships.
• Knowledge of loan products and application procedures is an advantage.
• Must be open to fieldwork and flexible with assignments to other branches as needed.

Main Responsibilities

• Actively seek and engage potential clients through various channels, including product presentations and direct sales efforts.
• Perform cold calling and field visits to generate new business opportunities.
• Manage and nurture relationships with current clients, ensuring customer retention and loan renewal.
• Guide and oversee sales associates in helping clients with loan applications and documentation; provide direct support when necessary.
• Work closely with credit and processing teams to ensure timely and accurate loan approvals.
• Ensure all loan applications are compliant with company standards and regulatory guidelines.
• Submit timely reports on sales performance and client feedback.
• Participate in regular sales meetings, training sessions, and development workshops.
• Assist the Branch Manager in meeting sales targets and act as officer-in-charge when required.
• May be assigned to handle operations in other branches when needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php16,000.00 - Php18,000.00 per month
