As we expand, we are seeking a driven Sales Representative to help grow our client base and strengthen our position as a leader in the security services industry.

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative with a passion for building strong client relationships and delivering tailored security solutions. This role involves generating new business, managing existing accounts, and collaborating with our operations team to ensure client satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have proven sales experience, excellent communication skills, and a desire to grow within a fast-paced, professional environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand our customer base.
• Identify and engage potential clients through cold calling, networking, referrals, and industry events.
• Conduct in-depth assessments of client security needs and design customized solutions.
• Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring long-term client satisfaction.
• Maintain and strengthen client relationships through proactive communication and follow-ups.
• Collaborate with operations and management teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to inform strategy.
• Use CRM software (Salesforce preferred) to track leads, manage pipelines, and analyze performance metrics.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
• Experience: Minimum of one year of proven sales experience, preferably in security, patrol services, or B2B/technology sales.
• Skills: Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Attributes: Self-motivated, adaptable, well-organized, and able to thrive in a changing environment.
• Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools (Salesforce preferred).
• Licensing: Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.

• Base Pay: $28 per hour
