Sales Representative

Are you a self-motivated and goal-oriented professional with a passion for sales? My Uniware Collections Inc. is looking for a dedicated Sales Representative / Sales Executive / Sales Team Leader / Sales Supervisor to join our team! In this role, you will play a key part in driving revenue growth by identifying new opportunities, building lasting relationships with clients, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new sales opportunities within your assigned territory.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
• Present, promote, and sell products/services to prospective and existing clients.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by management.
• Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.
• Address client questions and provide tailored solutions to meet their needs.
• Prepare and submit regular sales reports and forecasts.

What We’re Looking For

• Education: High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
• Experience: Previous experience in sales or customer service is a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to travel within the assigned territory, if applicable.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
