Job Overview:
As a Sales Representative focusing on the Malaysian market, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our services to potential and existing clients. This role offers both part-time and full-time opportunities, with the chance to grow within the team. You will work closely with leadership to develop sales strategies and contribute to building the team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage potential customers in the Malaysian market, promoting our products and services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and existing clients to drive repeat business.
• Conduct sales presentations in Bahasa Malaysia to clearly communicate the value and benefits of our offerings.
• Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and KPIs.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth sales processes and customer satisfaction.
• Contribute to the development and growth of the sales team.
• Track sales activities, customer interactions, and progress using CRM tools.

Requirements:

• Experience in sales, particularly in the services or educational sector, is a plus.
• Fluency in Bahasa Malaysia is essential, and proficiency in English is also essential.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers.
• Motivated and results-driven, capable of meeting and exceeding sales goals.
• Team-oriented, with a willingness to collaborate and grow within the sales team.

Ability to work independently while being part of a close-knit, fast-paced team.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From €13.50 per hour
