The Opportunity
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Representative to join our team and help expand our market presence. Reporting to the Sales Manager, the successful candidate will play a key role in growing our customer base, developing long-term relationships, and promoting sustainable packaging solutions.

What You’ll Do

• Develop new business opportunities and manage existing client accounts.
• Sell thermoformed and sheet-line PET packaging solutions with a focus on sustainability.
• Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions for clients.
• Represent Krystalite GT at trade shows, client meetings, and industry events.

What We’re Looking For

• 3–5 years of sales experience in PET packaging (thermoforming and sheet-line preferred).
• Strong record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to travel within Canada (and occasionally beyond).
• Post-secondary education in Business, Sales, Marketing, or Packaging Technology is an asset.
• Bilingual (English/French) is an advantage but not required.
