Role Description

This is a Full-Time Field-Based/Remote role for a dedicated Sales Representative. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving new business across both our pneumatics and compressor product lines and serving both our company branches.

This is a proactive, on-the-road role focused on direct customer engagement. Day-to-day tasks include:

  • Proactively traveling to and visiting customer sites (B2B) to introduce our products and services.
  • Distributing company brochures and business cards to potential clients.
  • Identifying key decision-makers and qualifying sales leads.
  • Effectively setting up and attending introductory and follow-up sales meetings.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Working to sales targets and reporting on field activity.

Note on Location: As this is a field-based role, the successful candidate's location is flexible, though they must be prepared to travel extensively across the designated sales territory.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a field sales or business development role, preferably in a technical or industrial B2B environment (e.g., engineering, equipment, distribution).
  • Strong interpersonal and networking skills, with a professional, persuasive, and motivated approach.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to confidently present technical solutions.
  • Highly organised, self-motivated, and capable of working independently on the road and managing a remote schedule.
  • A strong 'can-do' attitude and a results-driven mindset.
  • Experience in the compressed air, pneumatics, or related machinery industry is a significant plus.
  • This role requires regular travel, so you must possess a current, full, and clean driver's license.
  • Being fluent in English.
  • Possessing Irish, EU citizenship, or Stamp 4 holder (We do not sponsor visas).
