Sales Supervisor

The Sales Supervisor we are looking for is responsible for the daily activities of a Branch sales team, ensuring they hit their performance targets while maintaining high standards of customer service.

• Directs and motivates a team of Branch sales representatives to drive company goals.
• Tracks weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales metrics and provides detailed reports to management.
• Acts as a primary resource for escalated customer complaints and ensures a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Manage Branches' staff schedules, inventory stock levels, and orders. Ensures compliance with company regulations.
• Oversees store displays and visual standards to ensure products are properly and attractively presented.
• Monitoring of Branch Sales and ensuring they hit their sales targets.
• Monitoring of Saleable and Non-saleable items.
• Monitor sales season & special dates to maximize Branches' sales potential.
• Ensure Bad Order (BO) at a minimum.
• Manage new account inquiries.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
