Sales Support Executive

Location: Culiat, Tandang Sora, Quezon City

Key Responsibilities

• Manage client accounts and respond promptly to inquiries
• Identify prospective clients and conduct sales calls
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
• Prepare and send sales quotations
• Create job orders, monitor production progress, and ensure timely delivery
• Monitor client payments and coordinate follow-ups when necessary
• Maintain accurate sales records and reports

What We’re Looking For

• Proficient in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Self-motivated, capable of working with minimal supervision
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and multitasking skills
• Detail-oriented, efficient, results-focused, and able to perform well under pressure
• Excellent time-management skills
• Prior experience in marketing, purchasing, sales, and/or administration is a plus
• Willing to work in Quezon City
• College graduate
