Sales Support Executive

Roles and Responsibilities

• Documentation and filing of information
• Handle emails, phone calls, correspondence, and other communications
• Assist in planning and coordinating company or client events, meetings, and conferences
• Maintain organised, efficient, and secure file management systems
• Provide day-to-day administrative and sales support to the sales team
• Support team in acquiring new clientele
• Maintain good relations with existing and new client base

Requirements/Qualifications:

• Minimum Singapore Diploma certification in any field or Degree holder
• Good presentation skills and professional work attitude preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Proactive, able to work independently and multitask
• Excellent attention to detail with strong organisational skills
• Proficient in MS Office and/or Google Workspace tools
• Team player with a positive service attitude
• Experience in insurance or financial services operations is an advantage
• At least permanent residence in Singapore

Pay: $3,500.00 - $5,000.00 per month

Education:

• Local Polytechnic Diploma (Preferred)
