About the Role

We are looking for a highly experienced Salesforce Enterprise Architect to lead the design and delivery of enterprise-scale Salesforce solutions across multiple cloud platforms. This role requires deep expertise in Marketing Cloud, Financial Services Cloud, CPQ, and Service Cloud, along with a strong background in enterprise architecture, integrations, data strategy, and stakeholder management.

The ideal candidate will partner with business leaders, product teams, and technical stakeholders to define scalable solutions that drive customer engagement, operational excellence, and business growth.

What You'll Do

• Own the end-to-end Salesforce architecture across multiple Salesforce Clouds.
• Lead solution design workshops and architecture discussions with business and technical teams.
• Design scalable, secure, and high-performing Salesforce solutions.
• Architect and oversee implementations involving:
• Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• Salesforce Financial Services Cloud
• Salesforce CPQ
• Salesforce Service Cloud
• Define integration strategies with external platforms, APIs, middleware, and enterprise applications.
• Establish architecture standards, governance frameworks, and best practices.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development and delivery teams.
• Drive data architecture, security, compliance, and platform optimization initiatives.
• Collaborate with executive stakeholders to align technology solutions with business objectives.

Required Skills & Experience

✔ 10+ years of IT experience with significant Salesforce architecture experience

✔ Proven experience delivering enterprise Salesforce implementations

✔ Deep expertise in:

• Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• Financial Services Cloud
• Salesforce CPQ
• Service Cloud

✔ Strong knowledge of:

• Salesforce Platform Architecture
• Apex
• Lightning Web Components (LWC)
• Salesforce Flow
• Integration Architecture
• REST/SOAP APIs
• Data Modeling & Governance
• Security & Compliance Frameworks

✔ Experience working with enterprise integration platforms such as MuleSoft or similar middleware solutions

✔ Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Salesforce Certified Application Architect
• Salesforce Certified System Architect
• Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) – highly preferred
• Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant Certification
• Salesforce CPQ Specialist Certification
• Experience in Financial Services, Banking, Insurance, Wealth Management, or FinTech environments

Pay: $65.00 - $70.00 per hour
