We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Business Systems Analyst (BSA) - Integrations to join our team. This role is crucial for serving as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and our technical Integration Team, managing requirements, milestones, and ensuring the stability of our connected systems.

Role Overview

You will be the vital link between our business needs and the technical execution of system integrations, especially those involving Salesforce and our integration platform, SnapLogic. This role requires strong skills in gathering and documenting requirements, managing project milestones, and ensuring data flows correctly and efficiently across our enterprise systems. What You'll Do:

• Requirements Management Lead: Serve as the primary liaison between business users and the technical Integration Team for all system-related needs, especially data integrations with Salesforce.
• Functional Specification Author: Gather and document detailed business requirements from stakeholders; translate them into clear, actionable functional specifications and user stories for the Integration Team.
• Integration Focus: Work extensively with platforms like SnapLogic (or similar iPaaS tools) and Salesforce to define, document, and manage requirements for new and existing data integrations.
• Project and Milestone Management: Collaborate closely with internal teams and project managers to manage milestones, prioritize the requirements backlog, and drive the design and build of integration solutions.
• Data Flow Analysis: Provide deep analysis for all data integrations, focusing on data mapping, transformation logic, and ensuring data integrity between Salesforce and external systems.
• Quality Assurance: Lead or support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and functional testing with stakeholders to ensure all integrated solutions meet business requirements before deployment.
• Documentation & Support: Maintain comprehensive documentation for all integration requirements, data maps, and solutions. Provide operational support analysis for production requests related to integrated systems.

What We’re Looking For:

Required Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role, with a focus on Salesforce CRM and system integrations.
• Proven expertise in gathering, documenting, and managing detailed functional and non-functional requirements for technical development teams.
• Solid understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC), especially Agile methodologies.
• Strong foundational understanding of Salesforce data modeling, APIs, and system integration concepts.
• Exceptional ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and drive project milestones to completion.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and complex problem-solving skills.

Highly Desired Experience

• Direct experience working with an iPaaS (Integration Platform as a Service) solution like SnapLogic, MuleSoft, Informatica, or similar.
• Experience in the Health Insurance/Third-Party Administrator (TPA) industry.
• Experience with tools like Azure DevOps, Github, or similar for managing stories, requirements, and project backlogs.
• Salesforce Administrator or Advanced Admin Certification is a plus.
