Salon Front Of House Marketing Coordinator

We're seeking a friendly, organized, and proactive individual to join our team as our Front of House & Marketing Coordinator. This is a key role in helping our Salon run smoothly and ensuring every client has a 5-Star experience from the moment they walk through the door.

Main Responsibilities

Meet and greet clients with a warm, professional welcome

Manage reception duties, phone calls, bookings, and client enquiries

Oversee day-to-day Salon operations, ensuring everything runs efficiently

Support the team by monitoring schedules and making sure standards are met

Create and post engaging content on our Social Media platforms

Assist with promotions, marketing, and advertising to attract new clients

Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming Salon environment

About You

You're confident, people-focused, and love providing great customer service.

You know your way around Social Media(Instagram, Facebook, Tik Tok etc.)

You're organised and good at multitasking

You have a keen eye for detail and presentation

You enjoy being part of a team and motivating others

Experience in reception, hospitality, or a Salon/Spa environment is an advantage
