We’re looking for a Sample Coordinator Intern to join our Online Merchandising team. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience within a fast-paced, dynamic and creative fashion brand.

Sample Coordinator Intern - Online Merchandising

As a Sample Coordinator intern at NA-KD, you’ll support our Sample Coordinator in managing the flow of product samples across multiple departments. You'll help ensure that samples are delivered, tracked, and ready for everything from pre-production to campaign launches. You’ll collaborate with teams like Purchasing, Studio & Content, and Marketing, gaining insight into how different projects come together, from initial planning to final execution.

What You Will Learn

During your internship, you will get practical experience with tasks such as:

• Writing product descriptions for apparel, footwear, and accessories
• Supporting sample handling and organization from pre- to post-production
• Prioritizing and tracking in-stock items for the photo studio
• Maintaining and updating sample data in internal systems
• Coordinating sample requests for Studio, Creative Content, PR & Partnership teams
• Assisting with internal sample sales and donations
• Troubleshooting sample issues to ensure smooth studio production flow

Preferred (but not required):

• Ongoing studies in retail, administration, or a related field

Location: HQ in Gothenburg, Sweden

Others: This is an unpaid internship, and the duration of the internship is around three months. To apply, you must either be enrolled in a relevant university program with an internship course, or have internship approval from Arbetsförmedlingen.
